2. About OYE
OYE (meaning “Power” in Yoruba) is a Canadian children’s fashion brand operating under the trade name WEAR OYE, based in Brossard, Quebec, Canada. We transform children’s original artwork into premium clothing. Contact: privacy@wearoye.com
3. Products & Pricing
Prices: All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST and QST for Quebec residents). Prices may change without notice.
Product availability: All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
Colours & images: We make every effort to display product colours accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Limited editions: Young Royals collection pieces are limited edition. Once sold out, designs may not be restocked.
4. Orders & Payment
Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order.
Payment: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout, processed securely by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified). OYE never stores your card data.
Order cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting privacy@wearoye.com. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as production or shipping may have begun.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Intellectual Property
OYE brand: All OYE brand elements — name, logo, tagline, website design, photography, and marketing content — are the exclusive property of WEAR OYE. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
Children’s artwork: Children who submit artwork to OYE retain full moral credit for their original drawings. OYE is granted a non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and adapt submitted artwork to create and sell OYE products. The child artist is credited and compensated with 5% of each sale of their design.
User content: By submitting artwork or content to OYE, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.
8. Social Mission
OYE is committed to its social mission: 5% of every sale goes directly to the young artist behind the design, and 5% of net profits are donated to organizations supporting children’s education and wellbeing worldwide. These commitments are made in good faith and may be adjusted as the business evolves, with full transparency.
9. Limitation of Liability
OYE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
