We ship across Canada and to the United States via Chitchats. Here is everything you need to know about delivery times and rates.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Free shipping — Canada: Enjoy free shipping on all Canadian orders of CAD $125 or more, before taxes. This offer applies to all Canadian provinces except Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
Free shipping — United States: Enjoy free shipping on all US orders of CAD $150 or more, before taxes. This offer applies to the 48 contiguous states.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods such as holidays and promotions, or because of weather-related delays.
Duties & Taxes — United States
Chitchats uses a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model for shipments to the United States. All applicable duties, tariffs, and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not receive unexpected charges upon delivery.
Once CUSMA certification is obtained for eligible products made in Canada, applicable US duties may be reduced to $0 and shipping rates may be updated accordingly.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your Chitchats tracking number. You can track your package at chitchats.com/tracking.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. OYE is not responsible for packages that are delayed or undelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address. Additional re-shipment fees may apply.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. International shipping will be available in a future update.
